The Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) would like to hear your views on public transit service needs within Ventura County, and between Ventura County and Los Angeles/Santa Barbara counties as part of its process to identify unmet transit needs which it can reasonably meet. VCTC is in the process of updating its Public Transit - Human Services Transportation Coordination Plan and is asking you to share your transportation concerns and planning for the next decade regarding Gaps in service; Unmet transportation needs within Ventura County; and Mobility needs of older adults, people with disabilities, and persons of low-income. Passes may be purchased at the Thousand Oaks Transportation Center or onboard the bus. | | |  | Thousand Oaks Transportation Center (TOTC) The TOTC supports local transit needs and provides enhanced customer access to destinations throughout Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles counties. TOTC was constructed using "green" practices to maximize energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact. TOTC is conveniently located near the 101/23 Freeway at 265 S. Rancho Road and is open 4:45 a.m. to 8:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.
