Thousand Oaks residents living in single family homes may request up to two free collections and a total of four items picked up per calendar year.
Residents living in apartments, condominiums and mobile home parks may request one free collection and a total of two items picked up per calendar year.
Bulky items are oversized or overweight household articles that do not fit in your trash cart, i.e. stoves, water heaters, washers, dryers, televisions, computers, furniture, etc. Some limitations apply. Contact your neighborhood trash hauler for additional details and to schedule a free bulky item pick-up:
Southern California Edison customers should also visit Southern California Edison's website for information on their Refrigerator and Freezer Recycling Program that pays customers to recycle their old refrigerators and freezers.
