City Council Agendas are posted a minimum of 72 hours before a Regular Meeting or may be mailed to interested parties providing self-addressed, stamped envelopes. The agenda and staff reports are available for review at the Thousand Oaks Library, Newbury Park Branch Library, Chamber of Commerce, East Valley Sheriff’s Station, the Goebel Senior Adult Center (Agenda Only), and at the City Clerk Department. Additionally, Agendas are posted on the City Website a minimum of 72 hours prior to the regular meeting.  Back-up information is also available on the web.  Special Meetings require 24 hour advance posting.

According to the California Ralph M. Brown Act, only topics listed on the public agenda can be discussed and acted upon.
